Can I personalise your products?

Yes of course you can. If you go onto our etsy account there is a plain vinyl record option which you can then send your personalisation details to us.

How do I place an order?

Head up to the top menu and click on the etsy shop tab which will direct you to our Etsy site.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes we do, however only for faulty products and we are happy to send over another product but any of the refunds will not include postage and packing. Contact us on our email ([email protected])

What is your warrenty?

Our returns and refunds policy is 14 days any refund/return after this time will not be valid.

Will an item be back in stock?

If that particular item is popular enough then yes it will be, but we do have our personaliation option so you can get a re-make on anything through that. But bear in mind that every item is handmade and we will always use a different vinyl record.

What should I do if my item hasn't arrived?

Don't hesitate to contact us and we will sort it out for you ASAP.
